Welcome to the Spruced by Fears Kitchen Holiday Grocery Assistance Program. We are honored to partner with our community to help keep local tables full and food-secure from Thanksgiving through Christmas.
Approved households will receive a $100 grocery store gift card to assist with purchasing fresh produce, holiday proteins, and seasonal cooking staples. To ensure that these community-funded resources directly serve high-need families within our immediate local service neighborhood, all applicants must complete this registration form in full.
Please present one (1) valid item from each of the two verification categories below during your intake appointment:
1. Proof of Local Residency (Must show your name and a current address in our immediate service area)
* A recent utility bill (such as a CPS Energy statement)
* A current residential lease agreement
* A valid Texas Driver's License or state-issued ID card
2. Identification for Household Head
* Any government-issued photo ID, military ID, or passport
Please note that registration does not guarantee approval. Gift cards are limited to one (1) per household and will be allocated based on emergency need and available program inventory.
